Shipping fee:
The shipping fee plus insurance to Nordic Countries is 160 SEK.
The shipping fee plus insurance to other European Countries is 200 SEK.
(Approximately 22 €)  

Deliveries:
Orders are shipped to any country in Europe within 14 days.  
Temporarily out of stock products are delivered as soon as our stock is updated.

Note that when buying clothes in Lolita and Kigurumi categories, the delivery time is 2-5 weeks. Accessories in the Lolita category have ordinary delivery time.

Purchased gift certificates are sent to your email of choice and not to your home address.

We deliver all our items with the Swedish postal service (airmail) to customers throughout Europe.

Returns:
Please contact talkingclothes.se@gmail.com before you return an item. This enables you to get a speedy approval on your return. Please state your name, order number and product number on the item you wish to return. When the return has been approved, remember to fill out the return form and send it to us with your item.

We recommend that you return your product as registered mail. This way the package can be traced through a tracking number. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the shipment in cases of shipments sent by regular mail without insurance.

If you return an unapproved product, the product won´t be claimed. Nor will we be able to refund your expenses. Approved returns will be refunded to the customer's bank account within 30 business days.
